The Experiment with Light meditations can be done in a group, whether an in-person group or online, as well as by using the app and the online recordings.
Online Light groups are facilitated by members of the Experiment with Light (UK) Network Steering Group as well as experienced Experimenters based in the US and Germany. Upcoming events are show in the calendar below.
The UK-based online sessions take place every second and fourth Tuesday of the month, 4pm – 5.15pm (British time) and every first Thursday of the month, 7pm – 9pm (British time) except during the month of August when the UK-based online sessions take a holiday.
